Steering Committee

The Steering Committee (SC) is composed of 4-6 members and is self-organizing.  The SC sets the agenda for the regular monthly meetings.  One member facilitates the monthly Granny meetings another records and distributes the minutes.  The SC members also check and respond to the Grannies’ email account.  Emails of interest or importance to all members are forwarded to the entire membership.

The Steering Committee typically meets the 3^rd week of the month to set the agenda for the regular Granny meeting the 4^th Tuesday of the month.  The SC meets additionally as necessary in order to carry out its responsibility for all business matters that come to its attention.  Steering Committee meetings are open to all Grannies.
