Mission: Previously, we collaborated annually on a booth at the Johnson County Fair as part of the People’s Coalition, made up of Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR), Veterans for Peace, Peace Iowa, the United Nations Association, and 100Grannies. We also join the Coalition to march in the Coralville Fourth of July Parade and on other occasions.
In 2023 we transitioned to tabling separately at the Fair because we had so much content to share. The Fair gave us two spaces and we filled them with trifolds, handouts, give-aways, and fun activities.
